The Furniture in the Raw Panhandle Basic Platform is your sleep solution. This bed is used with any standard size mattress.
Our platform bed is perfect for any bedroom. It features strong, sturdy solid wood. It can go against a wall or in the center of a room. It comes with the slats and is ready for your mattress or use both mattress and box spring to raise the sleep surface.
The Platform Bed is made of all wood and comes unfinished in your choice of maple, oak, or pine.
This furniture is proudly made in Central Texas of real wood. The factory is family owned and the beds are made to order, the way YOU want them. We ask for about 4 to 6 weeks for production and ship times.
In addition to stock sizes, Twin Extra Long is also available. One of the images shows the twin extra long with the plywood instead of slats (may be substituted)

We do not use particle board with any of our products. The drawers feature Euro glides for easy opening and closing.
The cabinet on the cabinet with drawer option has solid doors that open to the interior section solid interior.
Depending on the size, the bed will arrive with the 2 large sections assembled, you will need to attach the supports in the center. The bed is overbuilt and substantial. We are asked about weight restrictions on this product. In a Queen size there are 4 Center Supports in addition to countless plywood support slats. You will need a power drill for assembly. A queen size bed can easily support 600 pounds.
