Furniture in the Raw Gift Cards do not expire and are mailed at no charge to the BILL TO address specified on the order. For security reasons, FITR Gift Cards cannot be mailed to third parties.

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only. Furniture in the Raw Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to your credit card account.

Plastic gift cards are available at our retail locations. Plastic gift cards cannot be replaced if stolen, lost, or destroyed. Digital gift cards require unique discount code.

Gift Card FAQ’s

Do gift cards expire?

No. The balance of your FITR Gift Card will only be reduced by the amount of your purchases. Service fees do not apply. You may use your card multiple times until your balance is $0.

Where can I use my FITR Gift Card gift Card?

You can use the Furniture in the Raw Gift Card code for online purchases or at our Austin and San Antonio showroom locations.

How do I check the balance on my Furniture in the Raw Gift Card?

You may check the balance of your gift card by logging into your FITR Account where you can review your Gift Card blanace.

Can you send the Furniture in the Raw Gift Card to a third party?

For security reasons, we can only send digital FITR Gift Cards to the email address associated with the billing credit card.

I made a purchase with a Furniture in the Raw Gift Card, but I would like to return it. How will I be refunded?

Furniture in the Raw Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. In the event that you are due a refund, the funds will restored to your FITR Gift Card account for use in future purchases.

My Furniture in the Raw Gift Card has been lost/stolen/destroyed. What can I do?

Physical Furniture in the Raw Gift Card issued at our retail locations cannot be replaced if lost, stole or destroyed.
