I recently purchased a 3 drawer nightstand and coffee table from y'all. The
photos are the finished product. The nighstand was stained just using a clear
semi-gloss polyeurathane; the coffee table with special walnut stain and clear
semi-gloss polyeurathane. Yesterday we purchased several more pieces of
furniture from y'all. When those pieces are completed, I'll send photos along.
Love FITR. Good, friendly, knowlegeable, people; good, solid furniture
that'll last for years and years and years; something to pass down to my
children.

recently moved to Austin and needed several pieces of furniture for our
new house. After seeing a TV commercial for Furniture In The Raw we
visited the store, specifically to look at a two-sided desk that was
shown in the commercial.
The desk was exactly what we needed for our home office and
salesperson, Mark Goodwin, customized the desk and bookcases so that
they fit perfectly into our space. He also designed a matching
credenza. These pieces are as functional as they are beautiful.
Mark also helped us select a perfect butter-fly leaf dinette set and
matching bar stools. He suggested a finish for the table top that
perfectly matches our kitchen cabinets.
A few months later we went back to Furniture In The Raw for an
entertainment center. Mark Goodwin spent hours with us designing every
last detail on this massive piece of furniture. It is a beautiful and
functional piece that not only holds our flat-panel television, but it
has given us significant storage space.
All the furniture we have purchased from Furniture In The Raw is solid
wood, extremely durable, and well made. We could not have purchased
such high-quality, custom furniture with a huge selection of finishes
at these prices from the finest furniture stores.
We can’t praise the delivery people enough for the care they took in
setting up the furniture in our home. Several of the pieces needed to
be bolted together and leveled on-site. They showed real pride in their
work and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.
